Good questions, clear answers

Good questions, clear answers

01Why does pricing say “Starting at”?

Because page count, content readiness, language volume, integrations, and custom features can change the real scope. You receive an exact price before you accept anything.

02How long does a website usually take?

A Starter website is commonly planned for 5–7 business days and a Business website for 7–14 business days after required content, signed Agreement, and deposit are received. Exact timing is stated in the Proposal.

03Will I own my website?

Yes. After full payment and handover, the client owns the finished client-specific website and controls the agreed production account without platform lock-in, subject to the Agreement and licensed assets. The domain should remain in the client’s own account.

04Is e-commerce included?

No. Full online stores are not currently advertised as a standard ADCsites service.

05Is there a technical warranty?

The planned standard is a 30-day technical warranty after launch or handover for ADCsites defects in the agreed functionality and display—not new content, features, third-party changes, or provider failures. Final coverage is defined in the Agreement and should receive legal review.

06Who pays for the domain and third-party services?

Domain registration, renewals, and third-party provider fees are normally the client’s responsibility unless the Proposal says otherwise. Standard ADCsites scope includes agreed connection and launch support, with owner-controlled accounts recommended.

07What happens after launch?

The warranty path for agreed technical defects and the terms for future updates are defined in the Agreement. New content, features, and scope changes are quoted separately.
