Starter Website starts at $420 and Business Website starts at $680. The final exact scope, price, schedule, payment terms, ownership, revisions, and exclusions are defined in the official Proposal and Agreement.
Concept work
Portfolio demos are fictional Concept/Demo Websites. They are not client projects and do not claim real business performance, customer relationships, awards, testimonials, or results.
Intellectual property
ADCsites.com design, code, copy, and original studio materials may not be copied or presented as another provider’s work. Third-party photographs and NASA imagery remain subject to their respective licenses and credits.
No guarantee
Website examples and Basic SEO Setup do not guarantee sales, leads, search rankings, platform availability, or business outcomes.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registration and renewal, hosting plans, email services, analytics, licensed assets, and other third-party accounts remain subject to their providers. Unless a signed Proposal says otherwise, their fees and continued renewal are the client’s responsibility, and owner-controlled accounts are recommended.
Project agreements
A client project begins only under its accepted Proposal and signed Agreement. Deposit, balance, included revisions, warranty, cancellation, refunds, taxes, jurisdiction, and any special terms must be defined there; this website does not invent universal legal or tax terms. Professional legal and tax review is recommended before production use.
