Information you choose to provide
A Free Estimate may include your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business details, website requirements, links, and files you intentionally attach. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and off by default.
Local drafts
Before submission, the estimate draft and selected files are stored locally in your browser on this device. Opening or editing the form does not automatically send that unfinished draft to ADCsites.
Submitted requests
After production form configuration, submitted information will be used to review the request, prevent abuse, communicate about the project, prepare a Proposal, and maintain appropriate business records. It will not be sold.
Security and retention
Production submission must use HTTPS, server-side validation, file restrictions, rate limiting, a honeypot, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Retention periods and the final storage provider are PENDING CONFIGURATION.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional information, clear a local draft from the form, decline marketing, or contact hello@adcsites.com with a privacy question.
